RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our refund policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us to discuss the package and your concerns. As we deliver fresh food items we do not require you to return the items, but we do ask you to note the food item, so we can track the production and delivery of your items and implement our quality control procedure.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your concern is logged with our customer service, we will send you an email to notify you that we have registered your concern. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
